Pole barn buildings are a post frame structure. Vertical pressure treated posts set in the ground serve as the foundation and framework. Purlins sit in between the trusses to support the roof system. Posts are connected by wood girts. This gives you the same enclosed structure, at a lower cost.

Radiant heat flooring allows your structure to efficiently stay at a steady temperature all winter long.This heat style is becoming more popular in homes and shops. Cleveland Construction orders the kit custom to your building. We install the vapor barrier, Styrofoam, and tubing before we pour the concrete floor. Mechanical panels and return/supply manifolds are included in the install.
